In 2005 we launched our new, parent satisfaction and perception survey which provides schools with cost-effective but rigorous data on parents’ attitudes, benchmarked against other schools.We always adapt our research methodologies to the needs of our clients and have many years’ experience in a number of different techniques.

Marketing and Admissions Audits

This is one of our most popular services now.  Our audit is designed to help you improve the way you organise and implement your marketing activities and admissions processes.  The end result is a report or presentation outlining hundreds of practical tips and useful new perspectives on the way the School manages its external relations and recruits pupils.

Strategic Planning

We develop marketing strategies and marketing plans for schools, usually based on research we have conducted, and sometimes after having undertaken an audit of the school’s marketing and admissions processes.  You will find that our strategic recommendations are practical and realistic, creative and innovative, and extremely competitive.

Recruitment

We have helped schools recruit some excellent marketing and admissions staff and are able to assist you with everything from drafting a job description to interviewing the candidates.

RSDesigns Ltd

This is our new sister company, set up to provide our clients with compelling design solutions which are based on a strategically sound and competitive brief.  It is run by a well established graphic design company and jointly owned with RSAcademics.  RSDesigns is usually asked to help with corporate ID and branding, prospectus production and websites.

AMDIS – The Association for Marketing and Development in Independent Schools

AMDIS (formerly known as ADDIS) was founded in 1993 to bring together individuals responsible for the promotion, marketing, fundraising and development of their schools.

Membership of AMDIS means that your school has access to the most forward-looking and authoritative body involved in the marketing of Independent Schools today.

AMDIS provides guidance, advice and training on all aspects of marketing and development in Independent schools. AMDIS services are available to all staff responsible for these functions at all levels in member schools whether full-time development or marketing professionals, part-time assistants, teachers, Registrars, Heads, Governors or Bursars.

The British Boarding Schools Workshop (BBSW)

The BBSW has a well-earned reputation for being the most successful way for UK staff to meet face-to face with many quality agents representing over 50 countries worldwide. It is the most cost-effective way to recruit international boarders and increase the diversity of pupil nationalities.  The BBSW is a unique networking opportunity; you can meet the most established agents in boarding schools' recruitment as well as targeting agents in new and emerging markets.
